1. Use and Processing of Personal Data

In conformity with the Spanish Data Protection Act (Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, hereinafter “DPA”) FUNDACIÓN PRIVADA PortAventura would like to inform you that the personal data provided whilst completing the electronic registration forms on this Website will be kept in its files and processed in accordance with current personal data legislation in order to manage the provision of this service. 

For each of these forms FUNDACIÓN PRIVADA PortAventura will inform you of the purpose and use of the collected data, as well as of the required or optional nature of providing the said data and the consequences of refusing to do so. FUNDACIÓN will likewise inform the User of their rights in relation to any data provided and, in general, of any legal references required under applicable data protection law, which the User must expressly accept.

The User guarantees and shall at all times be liable for the certainty, truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided and undertakes to keep them duly updated.

Please immediately inform FUNDACIÓN PRIVADA PortAventura of any changes to your personal details for us to update the information in our files so that it remains up-to-date and free from errors.

Likewise, pursuant to art. 11 DPA, we wish to inform you and expressly authorise the transfer of your personal data to the company Port Aventura Entertainment, S.A.U., with registered office at Avda. Alcalde Pere Molas, Km2, 43480, Vila-seca/Tarragona, Spain, where you can exercise the right to access, rectify, cancel and contest this information and send communications for the purpose of managing activities related to the FUNDACIÓN PRIVADA PortAventura.  However if you do not wish to authorise this transfer of personal data please tick the correct box.

2. Security Measures

FUNDACIÓN PRIVADA PortAventura wishes to inform you that it has adopted the appropriate organisational and technical security measures in order to guarantee the security of your personal data and prevent alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorised access, taking into consideration the status of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, whether resulting from human action or physical or natural means, pursuant to the terms of article 9 DPA and Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June, which approves the Security Measures Applicable to Automated Personal Databases.

FUNDACIÓN PRIVADA PortAventura has also implemented further measures in order to consolidate the confidentiality and integrity of information within its organisations, such as imposing restrictions on the use of e-mails when sending data or documents of a confidential nature.  However, the user must be aware that Internet security measures are not infallible. 

FUNDACIÓN PRIVADA PortAventura continues to supervise, control and assess its processes in order to guarantee respect for data privacy.

Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred to third parties when so indicated and will be kept for the term stipulated in each of the collection points of personal data on this website.
